Power flushing done properly
Over time, sludge, rust and debris build up in your heating system. Radiators get cold spots, the boiler works harder, and your bills creep up.
We connect a specialist pump into the heating circuit and push water and cleaning chemicals through at high velocity to break down magnetite sludge. The dirty water is flushed out, a neutraliser goes through, and a fresh inhibitor is added for long-term protection. We check the results with a thermal camera.

How long does a power flush take?
Most homes take most of a day, depending on how many radiators you have and how bad the sludge is.
Will it fix my cold radiators?
If the cold spot is at the bottom, sludge is the usual cause and a flush normally sorts it. Cold at the top is usually air, which just needs bleeding.
Is it messy?
No. Everything stays inside the system and our pump. We protect your floors and leave the place as we found it.
