A yearly service keeps your boiler safe, keeps it efficient, and keeps your manufacturer warranty valid. Skip it and most warranties are void.
Our engineers don't just glance at the boiler. They open it up, clean the key parts, test the flue for carbon monoxide and check your system pressure, then leave you a written report. We'll remind you when the next one is due.

Visual inspection
Leaks, corrosion, damage and whether the install still meets current regulations.

Flue and CO safety
We test the flue to confirm combustion gases are leaving your home safely.

Clean and inspect
Heat exchanger, burner and condensate trap cleaned and checked for wear.

Gas pressure and flow
Making sure the boiler gets the right amount of fuel, adjusted if needed.

Water pressure
Low or dropping pressure can point to a leak, so we check it.

Controls and safety devices
Thermostat, programmer and safety cut-outs all tested.

Written report
Every check recorded, with clear advice if anything needs attention.
How long does a service take?
Usually 45 minutes to an hour. Your engineer will talk you through anything they find before they leave.
Do you service oil boilers?
Yes. Our engineers are OFTEC registered for oil as well as Gas Safe for gas and LPG.
Does a service keep my warranty valid?
Yes. Most boiler warranties require a service every 12 months by a registered engineer. We record it for you.
