New boilers
How much will it cost to replace my boiler?
Fitted prices start at £1,860. Use our quote tool for an exact fixed price in under a minute, based on your home.
How quickly can my boiler be replaced?
Often the next day. If you're without heating and hot water we treat it as an emergency and aim to fit within 24 hours of you accepting our quote.
What warranties do you offer?
Between 5 and 15 years of manufacturer parts and labour warranty depending on the boiler, plus our own 2-year workmanship guarantee. Worcester Bosch gas boilers get up to 12 years as we're accredited installers.
How can I pay?
Card, bank transfer, or monthly finance through Phoenix Financial Consultants, including no-deposit options, subject to status.
Will you match a cheaper quote?
Yes. Send us a like-for-like quote and we'll match it. If we can't, we'll give you a £50 gift card.
Repairs & servicing
How much is a repair?
£102 fixed-price labour covers the diagnosis. Common parts have fixed prices, for example a sensor is £95 and a fan is £220, fitted, including VAT.
Do you offer emergency call-outs?
Yes, 24/7 for no heating, no hot water and leaks.
Why does my boiler keep losing pressure?
Usually a small leak, recently bled radiators or a weeping pressure relief valve. Top it up to about 1.2 bar. If it drops again within days, book a repair.
My condensate pipe has frozen. What do I do?
Pour warm, not boiling, water along the plastic pipe outside, then reset the boiler. If it keeps happening, we can reroute or lag it.

Yes, every engineer. We're also OFTEC registered for oil and a Which? Trusted Trader.

Do you work for landlords?
Yes. We handle gas safety certificates, servicing and repairs, and arrange access with tenants for you.
